Researchhas shown that dietary supplementation of aloe vera (0.1–1.0%) positively increased body weight by 7–25%, and improved immunological indices by 10–50%.
Puree½ a cucumber in a blender or food processor. If you don’t have either one of these appliances, peel ½ a cucumber and mash the rest with a fork. Transfer the cucumber mush to a mixing bowl. Pour in 1 teaspoon of rose water. Add 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel. Mix well.
